Shipping Methods and Costs: Dainty Dot Wear utilises The Courier Guy for all national deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Delivery Times: All orders are processed after payment is cleared. Orders typically take between 10-15 working days to arrive (excluding weekends and public holidays). Local delivery with The Courier Guy typically takes 1-3 working days.

Delivery Delays: Due to international warehousing and shipping, delays may occur due to customs clearance or warehouse delays. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), please expect delays. We will keep you updated via email if any delays occur.

Incorrect Addresses: Dainty Dot Wear takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return, the customer is responsible for paying an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
